The residence spread in an area of two thousand square feet and was designed for a young NRI client. The circulation of the house is based around a central courtyard which channels light and rain into the house with rain chains and openings. The facades were formed of exposed brick. Natural ventilation cools down its interiors. Eco-friendly ways are adhered to in its planning and execution.
