The project is owned by Cochin Devaswom Board, custodian of around five hundred temples. The form is inspired by traditional design & materials used in temple architecture. It is built by traditional craftsmen who specialise in temple work, thus paying homage to the generation of craftsmen practising the centuries-old tradition of temple building in Kerala.
