The residence incorporates traditional design features like a courtyard, verandah & water spouts which connect us to traditional elements & nature. Beyond the four-leafed entrance door is a living & dining room connected to a small courtyard space with a rain wall. This enhances the experience of rain using polycarbonate sheets and white stones. Natural materials like terracotta hollow blocks, rough granite & oxide flooring are used. Intricate wooden detailing was achieved by local carpenters. Openings were strategically placed to bring in a cool breeze and provide thermal comfort.
